"Pretty accurate overall"
I ordered it mostly based on the product info, and it was pretty much what I expected. The size was right, the description matched, so that was good. Oh, and shipping aside, the only thing I noticed was one item could’ve used clearer pictures because I had to kind of guess a little. But overall, no big problem, everything was mostly accurate.

I tried placing an order on bnbtobacco.com, but the age check ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected.
It kept asking me for information, then didn’t seem to accept it, and I wasn’t sure if my details were even going through safely. I also expected a faster response or at least some clearer feedback from the system instead of just feeling stuck.
After messing with it for a while, I gave up. The whole process felt confusing and not worth the headache.

"Shipping felt way too expensive"

Most of the stuff I usually look for is in stock, which is really nice. One item I needed was sold out last time, but overall the availability has been good. Weirdly, I remember there was a whole endcap of lemon-scented dish soap right by the snacks, which threw me off for a second, but aside from that, no complaints.

I’m usually skeptical about checkout totals because there’s almost always some random fee tacked on at the end, but this one was fine. Taxes and fees were shown clearly before I paid, and the total actually stayed the same at checkout. I guess that’s how it should be, but it definitely made ordering less annoying.

"Support Made It Easy to Sort Out"
I ran into an issue with my order and wasn’t sure how much of a hassle it was going to be. Customer support got back to me, worked through it, and fixed the problem fairly. It did take a little patience, but the main thing is they took care of it without making me jump through hoops. Based on that, I’d feel comfortable ordering from bnbtobacco again.

I’ve been using it a bit and so far it seems mostly okay. Nothing really stands out as bad, but I’m not fully sure yet, you know? It’s okay for now, just okay, and I’ll probably have a better feel for it after using it a little more

"Helpful support, just a small tracking hiccup"
I had a question about my order and they got back to me the same day, which I appreciated. I can’t remember exactly who I spoke with, but the reply felt like a real answer and not one of those generic copy-paste messages. I’m giving 4 stars because I’m sure I had to ask about the tracking more than once, but they did get it sorted in the end
